Since our March 2007 change in ownership, we have renewed and strengthened our focus on quality and customer service without losing sight of our laudable heritage in Long Beach. We have initiated new customer service programs that include free vehicle pick-up and delivery, free shuttle service, and loaner car service, if needed. Our management team consists of staff with over twenty years of experience. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. All personnel participate in ongoing training to stay current with the constantly changing auto industry. Our mission is to promptly provide the highest quality of workmanship while building a lifelong relationship with our customers. It is with this attitude that we have also developed improved workflow processes and, based on the experience of the new owners, now offer classic car restoration services as well. Our 60,000 square foot shop is equipped with 25 working bays, enabling us to efficiently handle any size and type of job.
Although we have augmented certain processes to offer the highest quality of service and workmanship, we have not lost sight of what continues to distinguish us from our competitors-our dependable employees, some of whom have been with us for nearly twenty years.
Hiten is the CEO of Quality Assured Collision Center. Prior to purchasing this shop, Hiten has managed a mid-size shop for seven years. Hiten’s sole purpose in life is to make his customers happy (therefore you may even see him come to pick you up or deliver your car to your house or work location!!). To accomplish this goal, Hiten has successfully implemented numerous customer service and quality management initiatives since purchasing the shop in 2007.
Hiten earned his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University at Fullerton (Go Titans!!), and currently resides in Brea. In his free time Hiten enjoys spending time with his four loves, a beautiful 1969 Jaguar Coupe, a girl from South America and two green eyed angels named Anjali and Aryana. Hiten enjoys libations of the brewed kind, but he prefers distilled libations of the Scottish kind.
Marianne has been with the shop for over 13 years. She is the “Jack of All Trades” and keeps us all organized. If you call the shop, you more than likely will hear her sweet voice.
Johnny has been with us for over 13 years. He is one of the best frame technicians in Long Beach, with over 30 years of experience. He attends continuous education classes every year and buys a lot of Snap On tools every year. If you are in the shop, ask one of us to show you his tool box.
Manny has been with the company for over 4 years. He is a ASE certified technician and is very good at diagnosing mechanical car issues.
Jessie has been with our shop of around 3 years. He is very detailed oriented technician and always double checks his work.
Freddy has been with our shop for a year. He is a PPG trained a painter and goes to paint matching and processes classes on yearly basis.
Jose has been with us for over 3 years. He has more than 20 years of body repair experience.
Malhar has been with the company for over 4 years. Malhar is a “Car Lover” and a “Food Lover.” He loves people and people love him. He is very passionate about the quality of work we put out.
